2. They fill out the Referral Application on WorkAtLacks.com. Have them list you as the Referral!
3. You fill out a Referral Form and give it to your Human Resources Representative
4. Your friend works for Lacks for 6 months,* then you get
• Part-time position: $250 bonus
• Full-time position: $500 bonus
