The Lacks Employee Health Facility consolidates services previously offered at two separate clinics into a single convenient location, providing accessible, affordable care.

The facility offers Lacks employees and their families (ages 2 and up) a full range of primary care services with minimal wait times and reduced out-of-pocket costs, including:

  • No-cost primary care, well visits, and chronic disease management
  • Low-cost acute care visits
  • No-cost generic prescriptions
  • On-site laboratory services
